RowPro uploads to Concept2 Logbooks
There is a known issue uploading results from RowPro to the new Concept2 Logbooks. To solve this, we have been working on the upload mechanism with Concept2.
We have now resolved this issue. The fix is effective immediately, so it should just have started working again. We originally thought people would need to update their Preferences in My Account, but the solution has made that unnecessary. You may find that next time you upload, a window pops up in RowPro asking for your Concept2 login info - if so, just close that window and it should continue correctly from there.
Everyone who has emailed us about this is being informed that the problem is resolved and uploads to Concept2 are now working again. We will update this page again if there are any further changes to the situation. Sorry for the nuisance in the meantime.
