Setting up a session > Session Setup

Session Setup is the place where you choose a session to row. Usually you do this just before you start rowing, when you're sitting on the Indoor Rower with your PC running RowPro on a low table next to you.

If you want to Just Row with RowPro, you don't need to use Session Setup - just pick up the handle and start rowing, and RowPro will start tracking your row. If you want to row a specific session like a 500m Set Piece, then you need to use Session Setup.

•	To open Session Setup, click the Session Setup button on the Menu Bar at the top of the In-Row Display. You will see that Session Setup uses enlarged text to make it easy to read while you're on the Indoor Rower.

•	When you have selected the session and options you want, click Row. The Session Setup box will close and your selected row will be set up on your PM.

•	Click Cancel at any time to exit Session Setup without setting up a row.
