RowPro is designed for multiple users, and each user is provided with their own specific resources:
| • | Training plans |
| • | Rowing log |
| • | User profile |
| • | User settings |
| • | Pace boats |
| • | Custom rows |
RowPro ships with one user already added, the GUEST USER. This is a special default user with limited access to RowPro. The GUEST USER cannot use any user-specific features such as training plans or the rowing log.
To use the full set of RowPro functions, you must add at least one user to RowPro. You can add more users up to the limit set by your free Evaluation Key or your purchased Product Key, as follows:

RowPro Home Edition 5-User
GUEST USER + 5 Users
RowPro Home Edition 10-User
GUEST USER + 10 Users
RowPro Home Edition 15-User
GUEST USER + 15 Users
To add a user to RowPro, open either Session Setup or the Control Center and click the pink Users button. This shows a list of users.
To add a user:
| • | Click Add. If you are already at the maximum number of users, a warning will appear and you will need to delete an existing user in order to add a new one. |
| • | Enter the user's first and last names. |
| • | Read the Medical Warning. |
| • | Click the radio button under the medical warning to accept the warning. This un-grays the OK button. |
| • | Click the OK button, then the Close button. |
To delete a user:
Click Delete, accept the warning, and click Close.
