The Control Center contains all of the controls in RowPro except the Session Setup controls that you use to set up a session while you're sitting on the Indoor Rower.

To open the Control Center, click the Control Center button on the Menu Bar at the top of the In-Row Display.

The Control Center is arranged into a number of separate pages that are accessed by clicking one of the large buttons across the top of the Control Center:

User Profiles

Contains each user's personal profile for training plans and the Concept2 Online Ranking.

Training Plans

Contains each user's training plans and the Training Plan Wizard used to create them.

Rowing Logs

Contains each user's Digital Rowing Log and related utilities, plus tools to analyze rowing performance and development.

User Settings

Contains the Custom Row Studio, the Pace Boat Studio, and user preferences.

System Settings

Contains system-level preferences that are applied to all users.

Oarbits

Contains access to Oarbits, the online rowing club for RowPro and e-Row users.

Any changes you make to settings in the Control Center are saved immediately.

Click Close at any time to exit the Control Center. If you have changed anything that requires RowPro to update the In-Row Display, RowPro will set up a new Just Row session when you close the Control Center. During this time the menu buttons are grayed out and unavailable.
