The Start options control the way the clock starts when you begin rowing your session:
| • | Workout starts are the default, where the clock starts when you first pull the handle on the Indoor Rower. |
| • | Race starts are where RowPro gives you a pre-start countdown, and the clock starts when the countdown reaches zero. If you start rowing late, then you'll have some catching up to do! If you start rowing early, then a false start will be called and you'll need to start again. |

Race starts are available.
Training
Race starts are not available.
Custom
Race starts are available for Steady State Rows and are not available for Interval Rows. Race starts are only available in a custom row when Pace and SPM targets have been preset.
Internet
Race starts are used automatically.
Playback
Race starts are not available.
