A Past Row is a row you have done previously that is saved in your RowPro Rowing Log with strokes.

To select a Past Row:

In Session Setup, select the session you want to row.
In Session Setup / Lanes, click the button for the lane where you want a Past Row.
Click the Past Row button. Any available Past Rows will be listed.
Find and select the Past Row you want, and click Select.
If you selected say a Past Row with an average Pace of say 2:10.3, Session Setup / Lanes will show PR 2:10.3 in the lane you selected.

Note: A particular Past Row will only appear in the Lanes / Past Rows list if:

- The duration of the Past Row matches the duration of the session you selected in Session Setup. So for example if you selected Set Piece 500m, then only the 500m entries in your RowPro Rowing Log will be listed.

- The Past Row has Stroke Data saved with it. To check if an entry in your rowing log has stroke data saved, open the Control Center / Rowing Log page, find the entry and look in the SD column on the right. If stroke data is saved with that entry, the SD column will show SD. If the SD column is blank, stroke data was not saved when you did that row and that row will not be listed in Lanes / Past Rows. For details on saving stroke data, see the Step-by-step workout sequence Help Topic.
