The Analyze function enables you to compare two similar rows to see how your pace and heartrate have changed from one to the next.
Typically the changes you will see are small and happen over time as your fitness level changes, so you'll get the most use out of the Analyze function only after you've amassed a series of similar rows over a lengthy period.
To use Analyze:
| • | Open the Control Center / Rowing Log page. |
| • | Select two rows you want to compare, right mouse and click Analyze. |
| • | RowPro will generate a Performance Report with two sections: |
| • | A Chart section that compares the two rows split-by-split. |
| • | A Table section where Jon Ackland of Performance Lab analyzes the changes. |
| • | You can print the Performance Report by clicking Print. |
