Tracking your training progress

RowPro provides a number of features you can use to track your training progress:

Session Reports

These show splits, intervals and totals for key metrics. Session Reports are available at the end of each row (except Just Rows) and also by double-clicking or right-clicking on any entry in your Rowing Log. See the Rowing Log Help Topic for details. Session Reports show:

A Table listing the key metrics from your row either split-by-split (for Continuous Rows) or interval-by-interval (for Interval Rows), including subtotals and totals.
A Chart showing pace and heartrate for each split or interval.

Performance Reports

These compare two rows to see how your pace and heartrate have changed from one to the next. Performance Reports are available by selecting two entries in your Rowing Log, right-mousing and clicking Analyze. See the Rowing Log Help Topic for details. Typically the changes you'll see are small and happen over time as your fitness level changes, so you'll get the most use out of analysis only after you've amassed a series of similar rows over a lengthy period. Performance reports show:

A Chart comparing pace and heartrate for the two rows split-by-split.
A Table where Jon Ackland of Performance Lab analyzes the changes.

You can print out Session Reports and Performance Reports by clicking Print.
