Me Live is the Oarsman, a real-time on-screen representation of you rowing on your Indoor Rower. The Oarsman is connected to your PM and tracks your rowing action stroke by stroke.
Me Live operates as follows:
| • | To use Me Live your PM must be connected to RowPro. |
| • | Me Live is only available in Lane 4, the lane in front as you view the 3D Display and at the bottom in the 2D Display. |
| • | Me Live is the default setting for Lane 4, so there's no need to touch Lane 4 unless you want to set up Quick Targets or a Playback session. |
| • | When Me Live is selected, you can set Quick Targets for Heart Rate, Pace and SPM. See the Quick Targets Help Topic for details. |
| • | In Lane 4, as well as Me Live, you can choose one of the other boat types, for example Pace Boats, Past Rows or Competitors. When you do this, RowPro goes into Playback mode. See the Playback sessions Help Topic for details. |
