About Subscriptions

Schools can purchase RowPro School Edition on an annual subscription basis for a specific number of users.

Annual subscriptions provide:

Savings

Annual subscriptions enable Digital Rowing to provide RowPro to schools for large numbers of users at a low cost per user.

Fraud protection

Annual subscriptions ensure rogue users cannot abscond with low-cost permanent RowPro licenses funded by the school.

Free upgrades

Annual subscriptions include upgrades to new versions of RowPro at no extra charge during the subscription period.

Scalability

Annual subscriptions enable schools to manage cost by adjusting the number of users each year to reflect changing numbers of students who are participating in indoor rowing programs.

Priority support

Annual subscriptions include priority access to Digital Rowing Customer Support.

Subscriptions overview

RowPro School Edition annual subscriptions have the following characteristics:

Each annual subscription expires 400 days after it is purchased. This provides a 35-day buffer for subscription renewal and helps schools align subscription renewal with the school's annual calendar.
Each annual subscription has a set number of users from 20 upwards, with the annual subscription price based on the number of users.
Each annual subscription activates RowPro School Edition in one PC. To activate RowPro in multiple PCs the school must buy a separate subscription for each PC.

The process of buying and renewing annual subscriptions is covered in the Help Subtopics.
