Quick Pace Boats are created on the fly in the Session Setup / Lanes utility. You can use a Quick Pace Boat with any Set Piece or any continuous Custom Row with the same duration as a Set Piece.
To create and select a Quick Pace Boat:
| • | In Session Setup, select the Set Piece you want to row. |
| • | In Session Setup / Lanes, click button number 1, 2 or 3 for the lane where you want a Quick Pace Boat. |
| • | Click the Pace Boat button. At the top, check the Quick Pace checkbox, enter the Pace and SPM you want for the Quick Pace Boat, and click Select. |
| • | If you set the Pace to say 2:10.3, Session Setup / Lanes will show QPB 2:10.3 in the lane you selected. |
Remember if your session includes a warm-up, the Pace Boat will not be present for the warm-up, only for the main row.
