To create a Continuous Custom Row:
| • | Set the duration in minutes or meters, type in a name to Save As, and click OK. |
| • | The name you choose should tell you what kind of custom row it is, for example a 2000m Continuous Row with targets could be called 2k race w/targets. |
The newly-created custom row will be shown in the Custom Rows list in the Custom Row Studio, and will also automatically appear on the Custom list in Session Setup.
