Get the results you want by rowing to a plan

You can intuitively feel the difference between asking “Will I row today?” vs. “What am I scheduled to row today?” That's the difference a rowing plan makes.

RowPro training plans ensure your body gets the correct mix of strength, endurance and speed in every workout, plus they give you an extra incentive to row on schedule.

With your PC connected to your PM, RowPro sets up each training session directly onto your PM and records all your results for later analysis

See how you're going by tracking your progress over time

RowPro automatically saves the results of every row in your own personal RowPro rowing log, where you see detailed tables and charts of your results.

You can upload your results directly to your Personal Logbook online at Concept2, plus you can export the data to a spreadsheet for further analysis.

RowPro also enables you to compare rows to see how your heart rate and pace are tracking over time so you get a clear understanding of your rowing progress.
