
Digital Rowing processes your credit card payment immediately and places any licenses you purchase into your online account. This enables you to activate RowPro as soon as you have completed your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your purchase before you activate RowPro, you can email a refund request to assist@digitalrowing.com, and Digital Rowing will refund your purchase. The refund will appear on your next credit card statement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with RowPro for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you can deactivate RowPro, email a refund request to assist@digitalrowing.com, and Digital Rowing will refund your purchase. The refund will appear on your next credit card statement.

All RowPro licenses entitle customers to free point upgrades from their current version 4 to any future 4.x version.
Major upgrades, for example from versions 1, 2 or 3 to version 4, are available at an upgrade price to holders of permanent licenses.
Major upgrades are free to holders of current annual licenses.
