Digital Rowing today announced the release of the Illustrated Guide to Training with RowPro.

This second guide is a sister publication to the already released Illustrated Guide to Rowing with RowPro.

These two PDF guides give RowPro users a comprehensive walk through how to row and train with RowPro, and can be viewed in any PC, Mac, iOS or Android web browser.

"The Rowing with RowPro Guide released earlier this year has been hugely popular" says Digital Rowing President Pete Loeffen. "This new Training with RowPro guide is for people who want to train with RowPro training plans."
