    Montreal CA, Jan 3, 2012
  • Anne Bourlioux has become the first person in history to set two world records using RowPro.

Anne set the first world record on December 12, 2011, posting a record 15,138 meters for a 60 minute row in the Women's heavyweight 50-59 category.

The Canadian champion then set another world record on January 3, 2012 when she rowed 10,000 meters in 38:33:00.

"I am certainly a big fan of RowPro" Anne told Digital Rowing. "I only started using the online version this fall and it played a key role in making erging way more enjoyable for me, which meant I have been rowing more and hence getting better at it. It has been such a boost to do it with other people online."

"We warmly congratulate Anne on setting these two world records - it's an outstanding achievement" said Pam Loeffen, Digital Rowing coordinator of Online Rowing.
